Located on the north bank of the Hun River and adjacent to the central business district, this project comprises Shenyang New World Expo, a 5-star hotel, office buildings, K11 Art Mall and serviced apartments, making it an iconic landmark in Shenyang City. Shaped like a flying roc, the Shenyang New World Expo has been in soft opening officially since March 2017 to help foster commercial development of this area. Other projects will be open in succession.

More than 100 global brands will launch their outlets in K11 Art Mall of the project.
