The NEW WORLD FINANCIAL CENTER CANTON is strategically located at the forefront of Guangzhou’s eastward development, in the eastern hub of the city at the apex of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s golden A-shaped top. The area has been planned to facilitate the coordinated development of three major zones: a headquarters economy zone, an exhibition service zone, and a transportation hub zone. It is also an integral part of Guangzhou’s “One Corridor, One Belt, Dual Core and Five Poles” urban development strategy. The project features twin towers of nearly 200 meters and 240 meters high super Grade A office buildings. It has earned LEED Gold Pre-Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the China Two-Star Green Building Design Label Certification. In a strategic partnership with Tencent, the project has implemented a smart office system that incorporates advanced technology, intelligent application, and green sustainable development principles. It is one of New World China’s pioneering green financial building projects. With its forward-looking international vision, New World China has integrated the Canton Place, Rosewood’s Tongpai Hotels, and CO-CENTRAL MANSION to create a Co-City integration and an urban landmark in the eastern center of Guangzhou.
The project is a business landmark in the eastern center of Guangzhou, combining the eastern CBD of Guangzhou with a TOD that connects nine rail lines. It also features metropolitan integration and Tencent’s smart system.

The NEW WORLD FINANCIAL CENTER CANTON has achieved a high level of smart technology integration, including smart building, security, access, property management, operation, and ecology. The project utilizes an intelligent elevator operation system, facial recognition security devices, 5G network communication configuration, and smart curtain wall lighting systems to deliver a more convenient and intelligent experience. Additionally, the project is equipped with high-speed elevators that can reach speeds of up to 5 meters per second.
