(October 22, 2011 - Beijing) New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or “the Group”; HK stock code: 917) launched the activity of “NWCL Green Community Parent-Child Manual Bazaar Beijing First Station” together with iFAIR China Fair Trade Center, which was officially opened at the community of Beijing Xinyi Garden at 2 o’clock this afternoon. 

“NWCL Green Community Parent-Child Manual Bazaar” is a series of community parent-child activities held at the community of NWCL together with iFAIR China Fair Trade Center. NWCL organizes regular visits to the owner’s families in the community and the surrounding public, advocates parents and their children to change waste materials in their families into valuable things; and conducts the public welfare charity sales of “Parent-Child Manual Bazaar”. The fund raised from the sales may be donated to craftsmen in Western mountainous areas aided by iFAIR China Fair Trade Center. The family with the highest support rate by the public at the charity sales at different communities will have the chance to visit the aided manual production family in Western Guizhou mountainous area. 

Beijing Xinyi Garden is the first station of the activity. In the earlier stage, the activity has, in the form of “Parent-Child Manual Bazaar and Magic Horse Pre-exhibition” and the manual workshop of the diversified community, won the active response of residents and children in the community. On the opening day of the bazaar, there have been nearly 20 families participating in the bazaar charity sales, which also attracted manual parent-child NOG to participate in the bazaar activity. Therefore, the site atmosphere of the activity is brimmed with excitement. 

By exploring the combination of “Fair Trade”   and “Creative Bazaar”, iFAIR China Fair Trade Center aims to uphold the development thinking of “Public Welfare” and “Innovation”, advocate the social environment of “Fair Trade” and “Creativity Supports Public Welfare”, safeguard the rights and interests of creators and producers, provide cooperation and support for traditional craftsmen, minorities, vulnerable groups, and college students for initial business, and finally launch creative fair trade products. Besides, NWCL has cooperated with iFAIR China Fair Trade Center on the community project to develop multiple community public welfare activities such as “NWCL Green Community Islibrary” so as to bring new development vigor to the community by organic interaction between the two parties.
