(7 November 2015, Hong Kong) New World China Land Limited (“NWCL” or the “Group”; Hong Kong Stock Code: 00917) launched Shenzhen New World Yi Shan Garden Phase III, The Hillswood, which is located in Sha Tau Kok, Yantian District in eastern Shenzhen, on 7 November. A total of 524 residential units were launched for sales, attracting over 1,300 groups of home buyers attending the unit public draw. All units were sold out in just three hours after the launch with a sales proceed of RMB2 billion. The first batch of units range in size from 75 to 144 sq.m., and the average selling price is about RMB45,000 per sq.m. The second batch of additional units, which range in size from 80 to 183 sq.m., are now launched for sales.
