(8 November 2015, Hong Kong) New World China Land Limited (“NWCL”; Hong Kong Stock Code: 00917) launched the first batch of villas in Yiyang Scenic Heights for sales on 8 November, its first development project in Yiyang, Hunan Province. A total of 62 townhouses and duplex villas ranging in size from 220 to 301 sq.m. were launched for sales, attracting over 100 groups of clients. Over 70% of the villas were sold in just two hours with a total sales proceeds of about RMB130 million, representing a GFA of 11,700 sq.m.. 

Yiyang Scenic Heights is located in the core area of the High-tech Zone of Yiyang City, adjoining the 494 acre Zishan Lake Natural Scenic Spot and the 18-hole international standard golf course. The project comprises villas, apartments, high-rise residences and commercial complexes, and is the only comprehensive development project with golf course facility in Yiyang.
