(30 March 2016, Foshan) Canton First Estate, which is developed by New World China Land Limited (“NWCL”; Hong Kong Stock Code: 00917), won the “Real Estate Design China Award 2015-2016 - Project Comprehensive Award (Residential Property)” organised by REDesign China. This year, the organising committee received a total of 217 entries from 88 corporations from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United States, England, Germany, Japan, Dubai, Australia, Singapore and Canada. 

Canton First Estate is located at the core of Nanhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. With the gross floor area of over 2.6 million sq m, Canton First Estate includes low-density residences, Foshan Golf Club, New World Foshan Hotel, Guangzhou–Foshan Club, Heart of Guangzhou-Foshan Exhibition Centre and the world-class environmental and ecological demonstration zone.
