New World China Land was awarded its second consecutive "Caring Company" logo by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of the Group’s outstanding performance and commitment in corporate social responsibility and community work. 

In 2014, New World China Land published its first standalone Sustainability Report so as to demonstrate its achievement and the roadmap of sustainable development. More, the Group cooperated with charitable organisation and worked on farmhouse rebuild programme in Mainland China; launched a series of "New World．City Trace Memories” intangible cultural heritage events in Mainland China, Washington DC, US and Hong Kong; the New World Volunteer Team set up in 2008 comprises 1,280 volunteers from 17 cities in Mainland China, and the total service hour of the team in 2014 amounted to 7,060 hours. 

As for the staff caring, the Group dedicates to create a harmonious working environment and it provides extra paid leaves, scholarship for employees’ children, various staff activities and trainings.
