Project Summary

Shenzhen Qianhai Chow Tai Fook Finance Tower is located in the centre of Guiwan area, Qianhai Free Trade Zone, Shenzhen. The project builds landmark twin office towers with a height of about 220m and 130m respectively, comprising shopping malls, art galleries, green gardens and performance venues. It will attract Fortune 500 foreign financial institutions to set up their headquarters in Qianhai and ultimately aims at developing a world-class financial, commercial and service complex.

Facilities

The commercial space of the project includes parks, galleries and performance area. The design also explores the idea of creative office space which encourages communication and sharing at work, and includes lofts, a conference centre and a sky garden for the office users.
